‘Nothing fishy about senior cop’s money in Australia’

KUALA LUMPUR: It is false to assume that the A$320,000 (RM970,000) found in Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Seri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd’s (pic) Australian bank account was obtained through questionable means, said Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun.

The Inspector-General of Police said Bukit Aman was made aware of the account in 2016, and its Integrity and Standard Compliance Department imme­diately conducted an internal inquiry.
