Increased police presence in Selangor part of election drill, says state police chief

PETALING JAYA: Members of the public, especially those residing in Selangor should not to be alarmed by an increase in police presence on Saturday and Sunday as the police personnel are involved in election drills.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said the exercises, which are being conducted in preparation for the coming general election, are taking place statewide to gauge the readiness of the police.
