SEPANG: Touts working for illegal taxi drivers at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and KLIA2 are enlisting foreigners as "lookouts" to alert them of any Road Transport Department (JPJ) enforcement efforts.
JPJ director-general Datuk Seri Shaharuddin Khalid said these foreigners were paid a small fee to "spy" on enforcement officers while the touts are busy hounding potential passengers.
