KUANTAN: An owner of a mini bus was fined RM11,000 and sentenced to a day in jail for offering a RM500 bribe to a Road Transport Department (JPJ) officer.
Muthusamy Ramasamy, 66, pleaded guilty when the charge was read out to him before Sessions Court Judge Dazuki Ali here on Wednesday.
