Liow: Smoothen out the jam

BENTONG: The highway authority and concessionaires should come up with more measures to ease congestion during festive seasons, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

One example of such measures, he said, was the timetable provided by the East Coast Expressway concessionaire as a guide for motorists from different locations to set off at different times in an effort to keep the traffic flowing smoothly.
