‘Datuk’ held over RM13.6mil lost via housing scam


KUALA LUMPUR: A 52-year-old “Datuk” has been detained in connection with an affordable housing scam that has incurred more than RM13.6mil in losses, says Comm Datuk Seri Amar Singh.

The Commercial Crime Investi­gation Department director said the suspect, who headed two cooperatives, was detained on Feb 7.
