GEORGE TOWN: A lorry carrying sand has overturned on the Penang Bridge, blocking a section of the highway and resulting in massive traffic congestion heading to the island.
The incident, which took place at 11.15am on Tuesday, occurred at KM7.6 on the island-bound lanes.
