PUTRAJAYA: Malaysians registered as voters in the Domestic Postal Voter category can apply for postal voting from Monday (Feb 19), said Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Mohd Hashim Abdullah.
In a statement issued on Monday, he said voters could apply for postal voting if their employers confirmed that they were needed to be on duty on polling day.
