SIBU: A 17-year-old boy suffered excruciating pain when a two-feet fishing spear was lodged into his hand in Song near here.
The state Fire and Rescue Department said in a statement that firemen had to use a bolt cutter to cut the spear into two in order to remove it from the boy's palm.
