GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng clarified that the 44.5ha of land meant as payment-in-kind for the Penang Undersea Tunnel project has not been transferred to the tunnel contractor.
He said the project’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has not been given the land and no high-density luxury condominiums have been approved for it.
