IPOH: There is an urgent need to boost the electrical and electronics (E&E) industry in Perak to create more high-value jobs and retain manpower, says Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan (pic).
The International Trade and Industry Minister II said this was evident from KTM Bhd's recent findings, which showed that a monthly average of 120,000 people commute to work from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur using the Electric Train Service (ETS).
