GEORGE TOWN: The Kedah government should show proof that massive logging in Ulu Muda, Kedah, is harmless and did not cause any environmental impact, says Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP).
Its CEO Datuk Jaseni Maidinsa said it was a known fact that logging causes habitat loss for animals and plants, affects the soil and hydrological cycles and contributes to climate change.
