Wisma Putra: No Malaysian casualties in Taiwan quake

KUALA LUMPUR: The Foreign Ministry said Thursday it had not received any report of Malaysian casualties in the deadly earthquake that hit the eastern county of Hualien in Taiwan on Tuesday (Feb 6).

"The ministry wishes to confirm that thus far there are no reports of deaths or injuries involving Malaysians in the affected areas," it said in a statement.
