KOTA KINABALU: Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) is focusing on state rights and development in its manifesto that has been released for the general election.
PCS president Datuk Seri Wilfred Bumburing, who launched the manifesto yesterday, said he is willing to forge an Opposition electoral pact.
