Cops quiz trio rescued in Bangkok

KUALA LUMPUR: The three Malay­sians rescued by Thai police from being forced to work for a Macau scam syndicate in Bangkok are being held for questioning by the police, said Comm Datuk Amar Singh.

The Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director confirmed that two men, aged 20 and 23, and a 20-year-old woman were picked up by police upon arrival at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) on Friday night.
