Toll deal for Penang undersea tunnel deal called into question

GEORGE TOWN: The agreement allowing the special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the Penang undersea tunnel project to collect toll for 30 years has come under scrutiny.

Barisan Nasional strategic communications deputy director Datuk Eric See-To questioned the agreement, which saw the state government granting the SPV a collection of toll for 30 years.
