Truck driver in fatal crash pleads not guilty to causing death by reckless driving

TAPAH: The ice truck driver who was involved in an accident that killed nine people last year has been charged with causing death by reckless driving at the magistrates' court here.

Muhammad Eizat Hazmi, 22, pleaded not guilty after the charge under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act was read out before Magistrate Mohd Harith Mohd Mazlan here on Friday (Jan 19).
