KUALA LUMPUR: A former property lawyer was charged in the Sessions Court here with committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving the sale and purchase of a house worth nearly RM60,000.
Yap Ooi Lye, 37, who is serving a five-year jail sentence at Kajang Prison for committing a similar offence, claimed trial before judge Azman Ahmad on Thursday (Jan 18).
