SUBANG JAYA: The public apprehended a handphone thief at a school in Batu 3, Subang Jaya on Tuesday (Jan 16), thanks to CCTV footage that caught him in the act.
District OCPD Asst Comm Mohammad Azlin Sadari said that the phone belonged to one of the teachers there.
