TIES between Malaysia and Singapore, often prickly in the past, reached another milestone with the simultaneous opening of two joint development projects undertaken by the countries’ investment arms.

 
The Marina One and Duo projects were officially launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his Singapore counterpart Lee Hsien Loong last night to coincide with the leaders’ eighth annual retreat today.
