PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court will deliver its verdict Monday on the final appeal of the nine Filipino men who were sentenced to death for waging war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong over the 2013 Lahad Datu intrusion.
Chief Justice Tun Md Raus Sharif, who chaired a five-man panel, said the panel would deliver the decision at 3pm Monday.
