Nhaveen’s murder case management set for Feb 26

GEORGE TOWN: The case of four teenagers charged with the murder of T. Nhaveen has been fixed on Feb 26 pending the transfer of the case from the magistrate’s court to High Court.

Lawyer Datuk Baljit Singh, who held a watching brief for Nhaveen’s family, said Magistrate Mohamad Amin Shahul Hamid had fixed the new date for case management to enable the prosecution to file an application to transfer the case.
