PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker has praised Sangeet Kaur Deo, the daughter of the late DAP chairman Karpal Singh, for being a “chip off the old block” when it comes to their opinion of former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
In a statement on Tuesday night, the MCA Religious Harmony Bureau head cited examples of Karpal Singh’s fierce opposition to the implementation of hudud in the past, whereas Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was quoted to have said “let it pass first”.
