(STAND ALONE)The Sarawak government has embarked on a mass strays removal operations to capture free-roaming dogs around Kuching, as it intensify efforts to curb rabies outbreak. The five-day operations at the state capital cover areas in Matang, Batu Kawah, Bau, Tabuan including BDC, Stampin.
