KUALA LUMPUR: Syrian refugee Hasan Al-Akraa was only 13 when he fled the war and hardship back home and arrived in Malaysia.
He had to work at a cafeteria to support his family when he was 14, but was thrown into an immigration lock-up as refugees are not allowed to work.
