SIBU: A car washer has been detained for assaulting and raping an underage girl, said Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Zailanni Amit.
He said police had initially arrested the 27-year old man for beating the 14-year school dropout, but she later revealed that she had been raped by the suspect several times since December 2016.
