PETALING JAYA: The Ipoh High Court has allowed Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) to back bill claims amounting to more than RM1mil against a quarry company that had tampered with the electricity meter at its premises.
The court, in its decision on Thursday, held that Sim Quarry Sdn Bhd had to pay TNB back billing charges to the tune of RM1,035,074.45 with interest and a RM8,000 cost to TNB.
