KUALA LUMPUR: Two men were freed of charges of robbing a Road Transport Department (JPJ) office of over RM700,000 after their alibis checked out, but a third one was ordered to enter his defence.
Sessions Court judge Zaman Mohd Noor acquitted grave-digger Shamsuri Abd Karim, 41, and despatch rider Mohamad Afif Hussin, 27, ruling the prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case against them.
