PUTRAJAYA: A Christian group joined the “Solidarity to Save Jerusalem” rally to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people, after US President Donald Trump moved to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

“We are here because we feel that the decision made by President Trump on announcing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel is merely a political decision,” Association of NextGen Christians of Malaysia (Ancom) president Joshua Hong said at the Putra Mosque on Friday.
