234 people evacuated from six settlements in Sarawak

MIRI: A total of 234 people from six settlements have been evacuated and 11 clinics and 38 schools in four divisions in northern Sarawak have been closed due to floods.

However, 10 clinics are still operating as flood waters are not at the danger level yet, said the Sarawak Disaster Relief committee in its latest report on Friday (Dec 22).
