PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has dismissed a former Sime Darby Engineering Sdn Bhd senior manager's bid to review the court's earlier decision on a corruption conviction.
Justice Rohana Yusuf, who presided with Justices Yaacob Md Sam and Rhodzariah Bujang on Thursday, dismissed Md Zaki Othman's application on the grounds that he had not met the threshold requirement as set by the court.
