Rahman Dahlan: Foreign funding of local infrastructure projects not a new concept

PETALING JAYA: Funding local infrastructure projects using foreign funds is not a new concept in Malaysia, says Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan (pic).

The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department said this in response to former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin, who had asked if the funds for the construction of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) was an investment or a loan from China.
