IPOH: The first phase of the non-profit health insurance scheme will cover foreign workers, Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam (pic) said.
He said the scheme, to be launched next year, will target these workers first as it was mandatory for them to have healthcare insurance.
