SHAH ALAM: Two suspected snatch thieves were nabbed by civilians who witnessed the attempted crime at a bus-stop here.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Shafien Mamat said police received a call at around 7.30pm on Thursday informing them that the men had tried to snatch a bag from a foreign woman at Section 17 here as she waited for the bus.
