PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Zaid Ibrahim (pic) has failed in his bid to review the Chief Justice's refusal to recuse himself from a case involving the Attorney-General's (A-G) closing of an investigation.

A Federal Court panel led by Court of Appeal president Justice Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin dismissed the application, ruling that it did not fall within the principles and scope of Rule 137 of the Federal Court Rules 1995.
