KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah Water Department deputy director Teo Chee Kong has set a record of sorts when he was charged with 146 counts of money laundering involving over RM32mil.
Teo pleaded not guilty to all the charges involving the acquisition of tracts of land and cash when produced before Sessions Court judge Nixon Kennedy Kumbong.
