PUTRAJAYA: The Selangor state government has been given more time to respond to the Election Commission's (EC) move to strike out a stay against its redelineation exercise.
Court of Appeal panel chairman Idrus Harun allowed the state government's application to postpone the hearing initially fixed for Thursday (Dec 14), to give it time to prepare an affidavit in reply to the EC notice, which was served only two days ago.
