SHAH ALAM: The organisers of the Daulat Tuanku rally recently handed over a memorandum to the Selangor palace on Tuesday (Dec 12).
The memorandum was handed over by Selangor Umno secretary Datuk Johan Abdul Aziz to Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah’s aide de camp Kapt Ahmad Ramli Kardi at Istana Bukit Kayangan.
