GEORGE TOWN: The state government should restructure the Penang State Park (Botanic) Corporation to make it a non-commercial entity like the one in Singapore, says a non-governmental organisation.
“The state must cater to the rakyat in preserving our natural heritage and provide more open recreational spaces that may also serve as tourist destinations,” Penang Forum said in a statement.
