Cops allegedly bribed to turn a blind eye to khalwat

KOTA KINABALU: Two policemen have been remanded for allegedly asking and receiving bribes from a couple they had caught in "close proximity" (khalwat).

The two policemen, a lance corporal and corporal based at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport, were said to have approached the man and woman at the airport parking area at 8.45pm on Dec 3.
