SHAH ALAM: Employers should increase the salaries of workers who have upgraded their skills and qualifications through courses and by obtaining certificates, said Datuk Seri Richard Riot Jaem (pic).
The Human Resources Minister said the move was necessary because salaries should be commensurate with an employee's experience and qualifications.
