Amanah's bid to challenge appointment of Md Raus as CJ fixed for Feb 14

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will decide on Feb 14 next year whether to hear a legal challenge against Tun Md Raus Sharif's (pic) appointment as Chief Justice.

Judge Azizah Nawawi fixed the date Thursday after hearing submissions in chambers by Raus' lawyers and the judicial review's applicant, Parti Amanah Negara assistant secretary Abang Ahmad Kerdee Abang Masagus.
