KUALA LUMPUR: A security guard who is partially deaf and blind is suing a national athlete for assault at an LRT station five months ago.
Placid P. Rodriguez filed the suit via Messrs Rusman Arunan & Associates at the Sessions Court registry on Wednesday, and named Nur Dhia Liyana Shaharuddin as the sole defendant.
