KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set aside the Attorney-General's Chambers’ application to cite Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) for contempt of court.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Kamaludin Md Said allowed the Lim's striking out application on the grounds that the Attorney-General did not give proper disclosure on a transcript of the press conference by Lim.
