Jakim: Keep abreast of mosque activities with new app


PUTRAJAYA: Deputy Prime Minis­ter Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi launched the Etikaf App for three key mosques of the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) in conjunction with the opening of the Ummah Planet Carnival at Masjid Putra here.

Dr Ahmad Zahid, who is also Home Minister, witnessed the handing over of tithes amounting to RM597,716 by QSR Brand (M) Holdings Sdn Bhd to the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council Tithe collection centre.
