KLANG: The parents of 15-year-old Ng Kai Xuan (pix) were expecting a bleak future for the boy because his birth status prevented him from being recognised as a Malaysian.
Ng Keng Chai, 68, and Lim Hong Eng, 63, adopted the boy at infancy and there were no records identifying his biological parents.
