SHAH ALAM: North Korean Kim Chol had difficulty breathing due to low cholinesterase enzyme in his body and this led to his death, the High Court heard.
Hospital Kuala Lumpur pathology department medical officer Dr Nur Suraya Jamalludin, 33, testified that Kim Chol had 344 units per litre of cholinesterase, which was considered very low.
