ALOR SETAR: Tunku Laksamana of Kedah Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Sultan Sallehuddin has been proclaimed as the 20th Raja Muda of Kedah in a ceremony steeped in royal custom at the Istana Anak Bukit here.
Tengku Sarafudin, 50, succeeded his father Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, the former Tunku Laksamana of Kedah, who ascended the throne as the Sultan of Kedah on Sept 12.
