PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court dismissed an application by the first grandson of Tengku Ali Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Sulaiman for leave to appeal over a declaration that he is the rightful heir to the Terengganu throne.
Tengku Sulaiman Tengku Abdul Halim, 60, applied for the leave in an attempt to reinstate a lawsuit seeking the declaration.
