Court strikes out Zaid's suit against Najib, 1MDB


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) and two others have succeeded in striking out a suit by former cabinet minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim for the return of monies.

High Court Judicial Commissioner Rohani Ismail struck out the suit after allowing Najib, 1MDB, the Government and Najib's stepson Riza Shariz Abdul Aziz's application on Thursday.
